About Groupframe
Most people open a casino account without knowing which company they have just handed their money to. That is not carelessness on your part. The name on the website, the company in the terms and the group that owns it are often three different things, and nothing on the page tells you so.
Groupframe exists to close that gap. We work out who actually runs a casino, which other brands sit alongside it and where those brands quietly differ, then we put it in plain English.
Why this site exists
A casino brand is a marketing asset. The business behind it is a licensed company with obligations to you, and it is usually named in small print you have to go looking for.
That distance matters. When a promotion excludes you because you already hold an account at a related brand, a relationship you were never told about becomes your problem. When you take a break from one site, the scope of that decision depends on who runs the others. When you need to complain, you need the right company, not the right logo.
You are entitled to know who you are dealing with before you deposit. Groupframe gives you that answer without making you read three sets of terms to find it.
What we actually do
We do not take a company's word for anything. Every relationship on this site is traced back to a document we can point you at.
- Account terms and operator statements tell us which legal entity runs a service in a given market.
- Regulator registers tell us whether a licence claim is real, and who holds it.
- Corporate filings and company announcements tell us where ownership sits and when it changed.
We record the brand, the domain, the entity, the market and the date we checked. Where a link cannot be established, we say so. A visible gap is more useful to you than a guess that reads well.
What we will not do
We will not sell a position, a rating or a description. No operator gets to approve how its ownership is written up, and no commercial arrangement removes an unfavourable finding.
We will not pretend to be something we are not. We are not a regulator, we have no authority over any company here, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. We cannot recover your money or force an operator to answer you.
We will not suggest that knowing the operator makes gambling safe. It does not. It tells you who is responsible for the service. Casino games generally have a built-in advantage for the operator.
