Company profile
Flutter Entertainment plc owns Paddy Power, Betfair, the Sky gaming brands, PokerStars and tombola. This guide focuses on four selected casino services, helping you find sister sites and see what their connections mean for your account.
Selected offers across different operators. This company's connected brands are listed below.
UKGC-licensed casinos · 18+ · New customers · T&Cs apply.

This selection introduces different parts of Flutter’s UK gaming business. It is not the complete portfolio or a ranking.
| Casino | What to know |
|---|---|
| Paddy Power Games / Live Casino | Games and Live Casino have different company arrangements. |
| Betfair Casino | The responsible company can depend on the casino game. |
| Sky Vegas | Uses one account across the Sky gaming services. |
| PokerStars Casino | UK real-money terms distinguish the contracting company from the licence holder. |

Paddy Power separates Games from Live Casino in its UK product terms. Games names PPB Entertainment Limited; Live Casino names PPB GE Limited and PPB Entertainment Limited. That distinction matters when identifying the business responsible for a transaction. The similarly named PPB Games Limited is not the company assigned to UK Games simply because “Games” appears in its name.

Betfair’s gaming terms name PPB Entertainment Limited or Betfair Casino Limited for casino services, depending on the game. They also distinguish Casino from Bingo and Exchange Games. Keep the game title with any payment or dispute reference: the Betfair logo alone does not tell the whole operating story. This product-based arrangement differs from the single operator behind the Sky services below.

Sky Vegas focuses on slots within a family that includes Sky Casino and Sky Bingo. Sky’s account terms provide one account across its services. They also set a standard £10 minimum withdrawal, with support able to arrange withdrawal of the full remaining real-money balance when it is below that amount. A small balance therefore need not be gambled to reach the usual minimum.

PokerStars’ UK terms identify TSG Interactive plc as the contracting business for real-money services, using Stars Interactive Limited’s licence. Its August 2026 Betfair announcement concerns a poker transition. It is not a casino transfer notice; casino customers should follow communications addressed to their own product and account.
Flutter’s brand portfolio includes these names alongside other businesses across different countries. The parent group owns the brands; an operator runs a gambling service, while a licence holder has the regulator’s permission to provide it. Those roles do not always sit with the same company.
The table gives the relevant UKGC account numbers, commonly described as licence numbers on brand websites. Full licence identifiers are available in the register.
| Selected service | Relevant licence holder and UKGC account |
|---|---|
| Paddy Power Games / Live Casino | PPB Entertainment Limited — 39426; PPB GE Limited — 52819 for specified live services |
| Betfair Casino | PPB Entertainment Limited — 39426; Betfair Casino Limited — 39435, depending on the game |
| Sky Vegas | Bonne Terre Gaming Limited — 65519 |
| PokerStars Casino | Stars Interactive Limited — 39108 |
The product terms linked above explain the Paddy Power, Betfair and PokerStars arrangements; Sky’s licensing information confirms its business details. There is no single Flutter licence covering every brand. When raising a complaint, identify the service and responsible company as well as the parent group.
Founded refers to the legal entity incorporated in 1958; Paddy Power formed in 1988, merged with Betfair in 2016 and adopted the Flutter name in 2019.
Avoid duplicate registrations. Moving between Sky products uses the account framework described above. If an existing login fails, use account recovery or contact support before creating another registration.
For other family connections, check the service’s login instructions. Do not assume a Sky balance is available through Paddy Power or Betfair, or that ownership gives you a universal Flutter wallet.
Check the offer, not just the logo. Read how a promotion defines a new customer and whether previous participation, household details or linked accounts affect eligibility. A separate brand name alone does not qualify you for another welcome bonus.
Wagering is the amount of betting an offer requires before the relevant bonus or winnings become withdrawable. Compare that requirement with the expiry date, permitted games and maximum stakes before opting in. If your existing accounts make eligibility unclear, ask support about the exact promotion and keep the answer. This is more useful than a general promise that all sister sites offer separate bonuses.
Sky’s exclusion guidance distinguishes individual product restrictions from full-product exclusions. Wider coverage can apply to matching UK accounts at its named family brands, including Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars and tombola.
Confirm the products, accounts and duration covered by your request. If you can still access a related account, ask the operator to resolve the gap instead of using it to bypass the restriction.
The GB-licensed online casino and bingo services discussed here must participate in GAMSTOP under the Commission’s multi-operator exclusion rule. Our Responsible Gambling page explains additional support and practical steps.
